This Return & Refund Policy governs purchases made from AppsZone ("we," "our," or "us") via our website appszonebd.com and any associated service portals. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Overview
AppsZone offers digital software products, web/mobile development services, SaaS subscriptions, and dedicated server solutions. Because our deliverables are primarily digital in nature, our refund policy reflects industry-standard practices for software services while remaining fair and transparent for our customers.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Software Products & One-Time Purchases
Digital products (scripts, themes, templates, or downloadable software) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if: (a) the product does not function as described, (b) the product cannot be made to work with reasonable support assistance, or (c) you have not downloaded or accessed the product. Refunds are not available once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
2.2 Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued. Annual subscription plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of the subscription term if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.
2.3 Custom Development & Project Work
Custom development projects (web, mobile, enterprise) are governed by the individual project agreement/contract signed before work begins. In general: a full refund is available if work has not yet commenced; a partial refund corresponding to uncompleted milestones may be issued if work is in progress; no refund is available for completed and delivered milestones.
2.4 Dedicated VPS / Hosting
Server provisioning and dedicated VPS services are eligible for a refund within 3 days of activation if the server was never used or accessed. Once a server has been provisioned and accessed, no refund is available as infrastructure costs are immediately incurred.
2.5 Consultation Services
Paid consultation sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable. If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, a full credit will be applied to your account for future use.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances: domain registration fees, third-party software licenses procured on your behalf, payment processing fees (these are retained by the payment gateway and cannot be recovered), services that have been fully rendered and accepted, and any service where a refund has already been issued previously for the same purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable eligibility window by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following: your full name, email address used at purchase, order ID or transaction reference number, date of purchase, the product or service for which you are requesting a refund, and a brief reason for the request.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3–5 business days. We may request additional information to verify your identity or assess your claim.
5. Refund Processing & Timeline
5.1 Approved Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days after approval. Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket): 1–3 business days after approval. Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days after approval. Other payment methods: as notified by our support team.
5.2 Refund Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction. If currency conversion was involved, the refunded amount reflects the original transaction value and AppsZone is not responsible for any exchange rate differences at the time of refund.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback for a valid transaction without first attempting resolution with us may result in suspension of your account and services. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment gateway and dispute the claim. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to relevant authorities.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your service remains active until the end of the paid period.
7.2 Cancelling a Project
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation terms follow the milestones outlined in your project agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged at the agreed rate.
8. Changes to This Policy
AppsZone reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
